Contract: Full-time, Temporary (until end of July)

Salary: 13.69 p/hr
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Corporate Support Officer to provide high‑quality administrative support to our clients Senior Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing letters, reports, minutes, and other documentation.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, venues, equipment and refreshments.
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments, interviews, and events.
- Handle telephone enquiries and provide appropriate advice and assistance.
- Maintain efficient electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
- Take and produce accurate minutes for a range of meetings.
- Process, check and verify information and records.
- Prepare agendas, meeting papers, presentations and reports.
- Collate data, compile statistics and support project work.
- Support the organisation of corporate events, seminars and briefings.
- Receive, record and respond to enquiries from stakeholders such as MPs and Councillors.
- Assist with controlled documentation and hybrid mail processes.
- Provide support to governance functions, such as organising training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Liaise regularly with the Senior Management Team to coordinate workloads and meet deadlines.
- Offer support to colleagues and provide cover during absences.
- Comply with all relevant policies including Health & Safety, customer service standards and equality commitments.
About You
You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Strong administrative experience and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience taking minutes (desirable but not essential).
