Chef / Catering ManagerSalary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (DOE)Start Date: June 2026We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well‑established private members' club, home to approximately 900 members. They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef/Catering Manager to take ownership of their catering operations and continue delivering an exceptional dining experience.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>The successful candidate will oversee the full catering operation, including:<ul><li>Menu Development: Creating, developing, and costing a diverse range of menus for lunchtime and evening dining, as well as functions, celebrations, and wedding events. Previous experience in menu planning and costing is highly beneficial.</li><li>Team Leadership: Working closely with the Bar Manager and managing all kitchen and front‑of‑house catering staff. Responsibilities include rota planning, recruitment, supervision, and performance reviews.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Leading on training to ensure high standards of service and consistency across the catering team.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Standards: Maintaining and upholding the club's 5‑star environmental health rating.</li></ul><h3>Salary &amp; Hours</h3><ul><li>Salary: £34,000 - £38,000, depending on experience.</li><li>Hours: Working 5 out of 7 days, including regular Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
