<h1><strong>Junior Sous Chef - Coastal Restaurant, Padstow</strong></h1><p><strong>Location:</strong> Padstow</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> <strong>£16.00-£16.99 per hour (including tronc)</strong></p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 43 hours per week (across 5 days)</p><p><strong>Overtime:</strong> Paid monthly</p><p><strong>Operation:</strong> Hotel restaurant (dinner‑only) + Outdoor seasonal restaurant</p><hr /><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a stunning <strong>coastal restaurant in Padstow</strong>, combining a dinner‑only hotel restaurant with a vibrant outdoor dining space open from <strong>Easter to the end of September</strong>.</p><p>You'll work across two exciting concepts:</p><h3><strong>Hotel Restaurant</strong></h3><ul><li>Open <strong>evenings only</strong></li><li>Up to <strong>130 covers per night</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>Outdoor Restaurant</strong></h3><ul><li>Features a <strong>grill, pizza oven, and seafood-focused outdoor kitchen</strong></li><li>Open seasonally (Easter-September)</li><li>Up to <strong>300 covers per day</strong></li></ul><p>We're looking for a talented chef with strong cooking ability who can <strong>lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen team</strong>, while also stepping onto a section when required.
