<p><strong>Location:</strong> Monmouth area</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday-Friday, <strong>8:00am - 4:30pm</strong></p><p><strong>Induction:</strong> 30‑minute Health &amp; Safety induction on the first day</p><hr /><h2><strong>Overview</strong></h2><p>This role is primarily based within the <strong>Labelling Department</strong>, where you will be responsible for applying labels accurately and consistently to finished products. The work requires excellent dexterity and attention to detail. You will also support the Powder Filling team when required.</p><hr /><h2><strong>Main Duties (Labelling-Focused)</strong></h2><h3><strong>Labelling - Main Responsibility</strong></h3><ul><li>Applying labels accurately and neatly to a variety of products.</li><li>Ensuring label information matches product details (batch numbers, product codes, dates, etc.).</li><li>Maintaining consistency in label placement and quality.</li><li>Checking for and reporting any mislabelled or incorrect product.</li><li>Working at a steady pace while keeping accuracy high.</li></ul><h3><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Supporting the <strong>Powder Filling Department</strong> during busier periods.</li><li>Picking, packing, and general warehouse duties.</li><li>Processing orders safely and efficiently.</li><li>Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>What They're Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li>Good hand-eye coordination and strong dexterity (key for labelling).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Reliability and a strong work ethic.</li><li>Ability to follow health &amp; safety and hygiene rules.</li><li>Comfortable in a production or warehouse setting.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
