This is a long‑term opportunity with excellent stability, training, and progression.<h3>✅ What you'll be doing</h3><ul><li>Operating a granulation machine used to recycle PET materials</li><li>Feeding scrap material into the grinder</li><li>Using a Counterbalance FLT to move large bulk bags across site</li><li>Supporting production when required (wrapping, packing, housekeeping)</li><li>Following health &amp; safety procedures at all times</li><li>Working both independently and as part of a team</li></ul><h3>✅ What we're looking for</h3><ul><li>Valid Counterbalance FLT licence</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, warehouse or recycling environments</li><li>Physically fit and comfortable with manual work</li><li>Reliable, punctual, able to work 12‑hour shifts</li><li>Strong awareness of safety and process</li></ul><h3>✅ What you'll get</h3><ul><li>Consistent 4 on 4 off rota</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Long‑term stability</li><li>Weekly pay</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
