Granulation FLT Operator - Crumlin

Pay: £15.27 per hour

Shifts: 4 on 4 off - 2 Days (06:00-18:00) / 2 Nights (18:00-06:00)

Contract: Ongoing, long‑term

Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting Granulation FLT Operators to join a well‑established manufacturing site in Crumlin. This is a long‑term opportunity with excellent stability, training, and progression.

✅ What you'll be doing

• Operating a granulation machine used to recycle PET materials
• Feeding scrap material into the grinder
• Using a Counterbalance FLT to move large bulk bags across site
• Supporting production when required (wrapping, packing, housekeeping)
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Working both independently and as part of a team

✅ What we're looking for

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse or recycling environments
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, punctual, able to work 12‑hour shifts
• Strong awareness of safety and process
