You will be part of a skilled production team creating high‑quality moulded products for a wide range of industries including healthcare, military, marine, housing, equestrian, highways and local councils. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Machine Operative, your duties will include:<ul><li>Operating moulding machinery</li><li>Handling powder granules and loading moulds</li><li>Using knives to trim, cut and remove flashing</li><li>Lifting and moving moulded components</li><li>Working in a noisy, physical, fast‑paced environment</li><li>Inspecting products to ensure quality standards</li><li>Assisting with general factory duties</li></ul> Skills &amp; RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who are:<ul><li>Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling</li><li>Happy to work on their feet for the duration of the shift</li><li>Confident using hand tools (training provided)</li><li>Reliable, punctual and willing to learn</li><li>Able to follow health &amp; safety guidelines in a production environment</li></ul>No previous moulding experience is required, full training is provided for the right candidate.
