Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Overview

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join a busy and long‑established moulding manufacturing company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for secure, long‑term employment with the potential to progress into a permanent role.

You will be part of a skilled production team creating high‑quality moulded products for a wide range of industries including healthcare, military, marine, housing, equestrian, highways and local councils.

Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating moulding machinery
• Handling powder granules and loading moulds
• Using knives to trim, cut and remove flashing
• Lifting and moving moulded components
• Working in a noisy, physical, fast‑paced environment
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards
• Assisting with general factory duties

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Happy to work on their feet for the duration of the shift
• Confident using hand tools (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Able to follow health & safety guidelines in a production environment

No previous moulding experience is required, full training is provided for the right candidate.
