Location: Barnstaple

Blue Arrow is seeking a part time gatehouse security officer.

If you are looking at a few shifts a month to cover sickness and holiday, then this is the job for you.

You need to be flexible to cover either day or night shifts at 12hrs a shift.

7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control:

Manage all site access, including welcoming visitors, staff, and contractors. Accurately record personal and vehicle details and direct individuals appropriately.

• Safety & Security:

Maintain a safe and secure environment by professionally managing unauthorised access and, where necessary, escorting individuals from the premises.

• Emergency Response:

Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies, including site evacuations, ensuring the safety of all personnel.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, vigilance, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be committed to maintaining safety, security, and excellent customer service standards at all times.
