Location: Morrell Way, Bicester, OX26
Pay Rate: £12.21-£15.01 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Full-time, night shifts
Start Date: Immediate starts available
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Night Warehouse Operatives to join our well‑established client based in Bicester. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to meeting deadlines.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse functions, ensuring goods are picked, packed, processed, and moved efficiently throughout the facility.
Shift Pattern
- Night shifts between 23:00pm - 00:00 start, finishing at 08:30am
- Working across any 7 days of the week
- Full-time hours only
- This is strictly a night shift position
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders
- Sorting, organising, and storing materials onto racks and shelves
- Assisting with unloading vehicles and checking in stock
- Preparing and completing orders for delivery or collection
- Scanning packages to ensure accurate processing
- Unloading trailers or placing parcels from chutes into correct areas
- Manual handling of goods up to 25kg
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards
