Job Title: Sales Admin Support

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: Bathgate

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team a within the Food Service Sector. This role is ideal for someone with a sales background although not essential as full training will be given, excellent relationship-building skills and customer service. Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone and email existing and new customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Process orders and invoices and all related paperwork
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Good record keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the Scottish food service market is highly beneficial
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and think outside the box
