Recruitment Consultant

We are expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant with strong business development, client relationship management, and end‑to‑end recruitment experience.

You'll work with some of the UK's most dynamic contact centre operations, supporting high‑volume and specialist hiring.

If you're driven, commercially minded, and passionate about recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow quickly within a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the UK contact centre and customer service recruitment market
• Identify opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and market insights
• Plan and deliver targeted sales and recruitment campaigns
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate and client experience
