This includes accurately preparing customer order packs, maintaining stock controls, and supporting the wider team with general stores duties.This role suits someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy is essential. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Order Processing &amp; Stock Control</li><li>Collate and prepare order requests using internal request sheets</li><li>Accurately bag, tag, and record all order transactions</li><li>Maintain stock rotation and follow stock control procedures</li><li>Complete weekly, monthly, and year‑end stock checks</li><li>Investigate and report any discrepancies to management</li><li>Deliveries &amp; Returns</li><li>Receive, off‑load, and check all incoming deliveries</li><li>Report shortages, damages, or overages</li><li>Process returns, including faulty or damaged items, ensuring correct credit or replacement procedures</li><li>General Stores &amp; Housekeeping</li></ul> What we are looking for<ul><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good organisational skills</li><li>Ability to follow procedures accurately</li><li>Comfortable with manual handling tasks</li><li>Experience in stock, warehouse, or stores roles is beneficial but not essential</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
