We're on the lookout for a Process Operator to join a long-established manufacturing business right here in Runcorn. They produce all sorts of delicious things-caramel, syrups, the works-used across loads of different industries. It's solid, steady work with a company that values people who take pride in what they do.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be right at the heart of production, making sure every batch is made to the correct recipe and standard. Your role will include:

• Following ingredient sheets to create products accurately
• Producing syrups and caramel to exact specifications
• Keeping production records and using correct batch numbers
• Using materials properly and responsibly
• Sticking to all health & safety guidelines (they take this seriously!)
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality

It's a role where attention to detail really matters-and where you can genuinely take pride in what you create.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a seasoned expert-just someone who's:

• Worked in manufacturing or food production before (ideal but not essential)
• Able to follow written instructions clearly
• Safety-conscious
• Reliable, consistent, and okay with rotating shifts
• Happy getting stuck into hands-on work
