Pay Rates: £13.95 per hour
Contract: Temporary contract until 30th June 2026
Start Date: March/April
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours (shifts between 08:00-18:00)
Training: Full training provided
We are looking for detail‑focused and highly organised individuals to join our client's back‑office support team working on behalf of BT Business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative environment and enjoys tasks that require accuracy, consistency, and strong IT skills.
What you will be doing
You will support a major data migration project by:
- Migrating customer and service data from one system to another with a high level of accuracy.
- Verifying, updating, and maintaining data to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Following set processes and workflows to meet productivity and quality KPIs.
- Identifying discrepancies or errors and resolving them in line with guidelines.
- Managing email communications when clarification or confirmation is required.
- Supporting wider administrative tasks as needed.
- Keeping records up to date and ensuring all work meets audit standards.
What skills you'll need
- Strong administrative skills with experience handling data or system‑based tasks.
- High level of IT proficiency with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy levels.
- Ability to work to KPIs and deadlines.
- Clear and professional written communication skills (email only).
- Ability to follow processes consistently and flag issues when needed.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous administration or data‑processing experience (essential).
- Experience working towards accuracy, productivity, or service KPIs.
- Confidence using multiple systems and managing digital workflows.
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
