<ul><li>Foster a warm, supportive environment that delivers a high standard of care, meets individual resident needs, and upholds dignity, respect, privacy, independence, and choice.</li><li>Welcome visitors to the building, notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival, and manage all incoming calls by directing them to the correct person or taking accurate messages.</li><li>Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring visitors and contractors are signed in and issued with ID badges.</li><li>Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of office equipment, ensure it is in good working order, and keep the reception area safe, tidy, and presentable.</li><li>Manage the issuing and return of all keys, ensuring secure key control at all times.</li><li>Issue and record entry fobs provided to contractors and visiting professionals.</li><li>Process rent payments accurately.</li><li>Handle financial tasks such as recording, counting, and banking money, and take responsibility for the safe float when the Administrator is absent.</li><li>Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing and distribution.</li><li>Be fully aware of fire safety procedures, including the actions required in the event of a fire and the routine testing of fire alarms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory standards, including those set by the Care Inspectorate and the Scottish Social Services Council.</li><li>Adhere to General Data Protection Regulations at all times.</li></ul><p>Please note candidates MUST have a PVG clearance</p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
