Location: Inverness (City Centre) Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-1:30pm (15 hours per week) Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour Contract: Ongoing temporary until end of May 2026. <h3>About the Role</h3>We are currently recruiting a Food Services Assistant to join our client's friendly and well‑established team based in the heart of Inverness. **REFUSE COLLECTORS WANTED** Blue Arrow are looking to recruit refuse loaders for their client who has sites based in Wick and Thurso. Start Date - Early April for 4 weeks with potential for extension Hours - Mon, Tues &amp; Thurs 07:00-16:00, Wed 07:00-14:00 and Friday 07:00-15:00 Pay Rate - £13.64/hour Responsibilities: As part of the Waste Management team, your duties will include:<ul><li>Assisting with refuse and recycling collection across designated routes</li><li>Working at Household Waste Recycling Centres</li><li>Dog fouling collection</li><li>Supporting bulky uplifts</li><li>Carcass uplift and removal from roadways</li><li>Bin deliveries to households and businesses</li><li>Fly tipping removal</li><li>Working within landfill or transfer stations</li><li>General street scene management to maintain cleanliness and safety</li></ul>You may be required to work independently or as part of a crew/team depending on operational needs.
