You'll be responsible for supervising staff, supporting guest relations, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout each shift. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of service, safety, and venue presentation.</p><p>We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership, a commitment to quality, and the confidence to manage a busy late‑night venue.</p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies</li><li>Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding guest service</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence</li><li>Assist in training new staff on procedures and customer service standards</li><li>Manage staff schedules and monitor performance to ensure productivity</li><li>Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits</li><li>Carry out daily opening and closing duties</li></ul><h2><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h2><ul><li>Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a hospitality environment</li><li>Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences</li><li>Knowledge of HR practices relating to recruitment, training, and employee relations is beneficial</li><li>Hospitality experience is essential</li><li>Experience in a late‑night venue is preferred</li><li>Flexibility to work late nights and weekends</li></ul><h2><strong>Location</strong></h2><p>Edinburgh city centre</p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
