⭐ The Role

As the Chef Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily running of the school kitchen
• Plan and prepare healthy, balanced menus in line with school meal standards
• Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed
• Lead and motivate a small kitchen team
• Build positive relationships with school staff, pupils, and the agency

✔️ About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef (school catering experience desirable)
• Holds a valid Enhanced DBS (or is willing to obtain one)
• Has strong leadership and organisation skills
• Is confident with menu planning and dietary requirements
• Enjoys creating a welcoming, efficient, and child‑focused dining experience
