Salary: £31,229 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5/7 days

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our busy leisure site on the beautiful Isle of Wight. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environment and enjoys delivering great food with consistency and pride.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard during busy service periods
• Maintain exceptional food quality and portion control
• Work efficiently in a high‑volume setting, especially during peak leisure seasons
• Support menu development and daily specials
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health and hygiene regulations
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
• Contribute positively to a supportive and energetic work culture

💼 Requirements

• Proven experience working in high‑volume kitchens (essential)
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
• Team‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and passionate about delivering great food
• Flexibility to work across a 5/7‑day rota
• Willingness to relocate or live on‑site (if required)
