Blue Arrow is proud to be recruiting for a Venue Manager to join a well‑established organisation known for its vibrant atmosphere, strong team culture, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences. If you're someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves leading teams, and enjoys the buzz of live events and busy venues, this could be your perfect next step.

What makes this role exciting?

This is a role with real ownership, variety, and influence. You won't just be running one space - you'll oversee a mix of lively and diverse environments, including:

  • A stylish 300-capacity lounge bar
  • A high-energy 600-capacity club space
  • A range of external hires and private events

Each shift brings something different, whether you're managing a packed club night, delivering a slick private function, or supporting commercial activity across the wider operation. This is a genuinely hands-on role where your leadership will shape the atmosphere, safety, and success of every event.

Why you'll love working here

You'll be joining an organisation that truly values its people. Expect a collaborative, supportive team who care about creating a great experience for both guests and staff. The benefits package is one of the strongest in the sector:

  • 40+ days of annual leave (yes, really!)
  • Ongoing training and development to build your career
  • Access to dedicated wellbeing and mental health support
  • An inclusive and welcoming culture

If you're looking for a role that takes your wellbeing and progression seriously, this is a standout opportunity.

Your key responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day venue operations across multiple spaces
  • Managing, motivating, and developing student staff teams
  • Acting as duty manager during a variety of events
  • Upholding excellent standards of safety, service, and compliance
  • Supporting wider commercial areas

Is this role right for you?

If you have proven experience in venue or events management and want a role with real variety, leadership responsibility, and a truly supportive working environment, we'd love to hear from you. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working within a creative, energetic, and people-focused organisation.
