<h1><strong>Electrical Maintenance Operative</strong></h1><p><strong>Salary:</strong> £30,000-£45,000</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 (40 hours per week)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Field‑based across multiple UK sites</p><p>A well‑established UK property operator is looking for an experienced <strong>Electrical Maintenance Operative</strong> to join their growing facilities team.
