Contract: Fixed-term until September

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 9:00am

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join my clients team in Pontypridd on a fixed-term basis. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for maintaining high standards, and the ability to support a busy cleaning team, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting a team of cleaning operatives
• Ensuring all cleaning duties meet company and client standards
• Carrying out daily quality checks and reporting any issues
• Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
• Training and guiding new team members

🔹 About You

• Previous cleaning or supervisory experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Reliable and comfortable with early-morning shifts
• A proactive and positive approach
