Administrator - Distribution &amp; WarehouseLocation: EurocentralPay rate: £12.50 per hourHours: Monday to Friday 0900-1800Contract: Temporary to Permanent starting as soon as possible We are looking for an organised, proactive, and focused Administrator to join our clients busy Distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently and that all documentation, systems, and communication are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide daily administrative support to warehouse and distribution teams.</li><li>Maintain accurate records relating to stock, orders, deliveries, and returns.</li><li>Process purchase orders, goods in/out documentation, and shipping paperwork.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to support smooth workflow.</li><li>Update warehouse management systems and spreadsheets with real time data.</li><li>Handle customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally.</li><li>General office duties including filing, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.</li><li></li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience Required<ul><li>Previous experience in an administration role within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.</li><li>Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.</li><li>A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
