School Site Assistant / Caretaker required to work in the Wolverhampton area, this role will be working split shifts mornings and afternoons on an ongoing basis. Shifts: Monday - Friday, 37 hours a weekSplit shifts: 6.45am-10.15am AND 2.30pm-6.30pmPay: £13.00 per hourWeeks: Immediate Start, ongoing As a Site Assistant, you would be required to support the Site Manager at a school. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide portering services, including setting up classrooms and event spaces, moving furniture, and assisting with deliveries.</li><li>Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs to buildings, fixtures, plumbing and equipment.</li><li>Liaising with contractors and escorting them around the site</li><li>Ensuring the security of the school's premises and grounds, locking at the appropriate times, closing of windows and setting of alarms. Unlocking and locking up the school site as well as individual departments.
