Are you a confident, people‑focused salesperson looking for a role with great work-life balance? Do you enjoy speaking with customers, building relationships, and converting warm leads - all within part‑time daytime hours?

We're recruiting a Sales Executive to join a growing events and exhibitions business. You'll be responsible for selling stand space to businesses who want to exhibit at one of the company's established trade shows. This is a consultative, relationship‑based sales role where you'll speak to business owners, brand founders, and suppliers, helping them book the most suitable packages for their needs.

This is not a role working at the event or running a stand - it is a sales‑focused, telephone‑based, office‑based position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell exhibition stand packages to businesses interested in exhibiting at upcoming trade events.
  • Make outbound sales calls, follow up warm leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed exhibitors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and recommending stand options that fit their needs.
  • Maintain and manage your own sales pipeline, keeping the CRM updated with conversations and bookings.
  • Handle incoming enquiries professionally and provide clear information about packages, pricing, and audience reach.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to meet exhibitor targets and support the successful delivery of each show.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer‑facing sales (face‑to‑face, telesales, showroom sales, field sales, or any direct selling role).
  • Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Motivated, target‑driven, and professional in approach.
  • Organised, with good admin skills and the ability to handle follow‑ups and lead management.
  • Comfortable speaking to business owners and decision‑makers.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and able to represent the brand confidently.
