<h1><strong>Waste Collection Operative</strong></h1><p>📍 <strong>West London &amp; Greater London (Based at UB3 3NB)</strong></p><p>🕒 <strong>Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week</strong></p><p>💼 <strong>Overtime available on Saturday</strong></p><hr /><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable <strong>Waste Collection Operatives</strong> to join our team, working across high‑density areas in West London and Greater London. This is a practical, hands‑on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering an essential service to the community.</p><hr /><h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2><ul><li>Completing <strong>20-40 waste collection calls per day</strong></li><li><strong>Tipping euro bins into a dustcart</strong> safely and efficiently</li><li>Providing waste services to a range of clients including:<ul><li>Care homes</li><li>Nurseries</li><li>Schools</li><li>Other community sites</li></ul></li><li>Working within <strong>small, defined local areas</strong>, reducing travel time between stops</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>Hours &amp; Shifts</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Minimum 8 hours per day</strong></li><li>Total of <strong>40 hours per week</strong></li><li><strong>Monday to Friday only, Saturday overtime available</strong></li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li>A strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Ability to perform manual, physical work</li><li>Good customer service skills when interacting with clients</li><li>Team players who enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions</li></ul><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
