Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a number of companies within Stoke, including Public Sector & Education based clients and we are looking to recruit a number of temporary Office Support Staff (Receptionist/Administrators) to join their teams on a temporary basis.
Please note we are looking for candidates with a current Enhanced DBS checks (issued within the last 12 months or registered as part of the update service) for these roles.
Positions are also to start on a short-term basis - so candidates should ideally be immediately available or have a short notice period.
Hours: Full & Part-time positions available (Mon-Fri)
Pay Rate: £12.71 p/h - £13.71 p/h
What does the Temporary Administrator role involve?
· Answering incoming calls
· Dealing with enquiries - through phone, email and face to face
· Managing email inboxes
· Meeting and greeting visitors
· Data Entry
· Updating records
· Providing excellent customer service
· Using company's in-house systems
· Any ad hoc office support duties as required
What will you bring to the Temporary Administrator role?
- At least 1-2 years previous experience in a previous Office Support/Receptionist/Administrative role is highly desirable
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the Education/Public sector is highly desirable
- Current Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) - issued within the last 12 months or part of the update service
- Proven experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong Team player
