A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join a reputable, fresh‑food hotel kitchen in Honiton. This role is ideal for a chef who takes pride in cooking with quality ingredients, enjoys running a section confidently, and wants to grow within a supportive hotel environment.
Key Details:
- £14.99 per hour (tronc included in rate)
- 40 hours per week

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh‑food setting
- Solid understanding of seasonal cooking and modern techniques
- Ability to run your own section with consistency and confidence

- Positive attitude, reliability, and great teamwork
- Passion for delivering high‑quality dishes every service
Your Role:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the hotel's high standards
- Manage your designated section effectively
- Support senior chefs with prep and service
