A well‑established and reputable hotel on the outskirts of Bath is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to take charge of its busy morning service. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in an early‑morning environment, takes pride in delivering high‑quality, fresh food, and enjoys working with autonomy.

Key Details:

• £15.09 per hour (including tronc)
• 5 days out of 7
• Fresh food, quality‑driven kitchen
• Own transport essential (no live‑in accommodation available)
• Reputable, well‑run hotel with a strong culinary reputation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie with breakfast experience
• Solid background in fresh food cooking, ideally from hotels or high‑quality restaurants
• Ability to manage the breakfast service independently and efficiently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A reliable, positive attitude and pride in delivering an excellent morning experience

Your Role:

• Take full responsibility for the breakfast service, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
• Set up the kitchen each morning and ensure smooth, timely service
• Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Support the transition to lunch service where required
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to uphold consistency and quality
