Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:15

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, customer‑focused team where you will play a key part in supporting sales activity and ensuring customers receive a first‑class service. You will handle incoming enquiries, process orders accurately, and become a trusted point of contact for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer sales orders received by phone and email
  • Handle incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide day‑to‑day sales support and respond to customer queries
  • Input and update data across internal IT systems
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases
  • Check order information for accuracy and completeness
  • Build strong product knowledge to support customers effectively

Skills Required

  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Experience with Sage Line 50 is desirable but not essential
  • Clear and effective communication skills with customers and colleagues
