Role - FLT Reach Truck Driver
Location - Oldham OL9
Shift - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm 40hours per week
Pay - £13.07 - £18.86
We are looking for a qualified F.L.T Counterbalance and Reach Truck Operator to move palletized materials around our facility. As part of this role will be operating a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift truck with due care to ensure efficiency and safety. Adjacent to this role you will also be required to support pick/pack and put away operations.
You must be a responsible individual with experience in driving Forklift trucks. The goal will be to ensure that materials and products will always be in the correct locations to achieve maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Decant palletised materials from incoming vehicles and position to the assigned locations.
- Locate and move stock, including pallets and single item sku's. (stock keeping units)
- Identify damaged items, shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity reporting including pre-start F.L.T safety logs as standard.
Qualifications and Experience:
- RTITB Qualification for both Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks.
- Must work well both in teams and individually.
- Ability to work to targets and meet performance standards, speed and accuracy essential.
- Basic keyboard and HHT (handheld terminals) skills an advantage.
High degree of customer and quality focus.
Shift:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. With some occasional Sunday shifts OR
Monday to Friday 6.30am - 2.30pm. With some occasional Sunday shifts
Pay rate is 13.07 p/h - 18.86p/h
