Mechanic - Coventry

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced mechanic looking for a new opportunity with a forward‑thinking team in Coventry?

We're looking for a skilled and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and keeping machinery running at its best.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to support fault‑finding
• Operate diagnostic tools and specialist repair equipment
• Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and to high professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working as a mechanic or in a similar technical role
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Experience with diagnostic tools and repair equipment (desirable)
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, but not essential for experienced candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn)
