Nursery Nurse - Busy Children's Nursery (Wellingborough)

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £28,392 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant and busy children's nursery in Wellingborough. If you're enthusiastic about early years education and committed to providing exceptional childcare, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support children's learning and development through planned and child-led activities
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to observations and assessments
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
• Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A full and relevant Early Years qualification
• Full understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS
• Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
• Experience of working within a team
• Experience of providing customer service
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Knowledge of equal opportunities legislation
• Safeguarding training
• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• A satisfactory DBS check
