Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets
- Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of supervisors, bartenders, and waiting staff
- Maintain exceptional service standards and manage guest feedback
- Drive revenue through upselling, innovation, and market awareness
- Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiencies
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and public health policies
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments
- Develop and deliver training to uphold brand standards
- Promote safe working practices and lead by example
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management (premium or luxury hospitality preferred)
- A confident, inspiring leader who builds strong, motivated teams
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
