Cleaner

We are recruiting experienced Cleaners to work across schools and contract catering units in Newcastle and the surrounding areas. If you take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift times between: 05:00 - 19:00
• (Exact shift times vary by site)

Pay Rate

• £12.21 per hour

What We're Looking For

We are seeking reliable, detail‑focused individuals who can demonstrate:

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience, using a variety of cleaning products and equipment
• Knowledge and understanding of COSHH regulations
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Basic Health & Safety awareness

Role Responsibilities

• Cleaning designated areas to a high standard
• Safely using chemicals and equipment in accordance with COSHH guidelines
• Maintaining hygiene standards suitable for school and catering environments
• Correct storage and care of cleaning materials and equipment
