Project Manager£18.06 per hour Newtownards 37 hours a week MAIN PURPOSETo assist the Senior Project Manager to manage and co-ordinate the regions planned maintenance programme and assist the Senior Project Manager in the strategic delivery of an effective regional based planned and cyclical maintenance programme.Key Responsibilities<ol><li>To ensure the planned maintenance service is delivered in accordance with the NIHE's policies and procedures and develop these further on an on-going basis to ensure that legislation and good practice are met.</li></ol><ol start="2"><li>To lead on project management of complex and large projects to time, quality and budget targets and with minimum supervision.</li></ol><ol start="3"><li>To brief consultants and contractors, negotiate appointments and shape the project. Ensuring that the investment is planned effectively to maximise efficiencies, is affordable, matches NIHE's investment standards, is delivered to a high standard with minimal defects, and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.Key Responsibilities <ol><li>Prepare or assist in the development of specifications, drawings, bills of quantities and schedule of rates to enable the invitation of tenders and quotations.
