Ensuring that the investment is planned effectively to maximise efficiencies, is affordable, matches NIHE's investment standards, is delivered to a high standard with minimal defects, and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.Key Responsibilities <ol><li>Prepare or assist in the development of specifications, drawings, bills of quantities and schedule of rates to enable the invitation of tenders and quotations. This will involve manual handling however you will have driver helper to assist you with deliveries. The role boasts a great work life balance with Monday-Friday work, and an attractive overtime rate after 45 hours of £24.20 per hour.
