Sales, Membership & Digital Support Executive

Location: Derby (Office‑based only)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm

Pay: £25,000 (negotiable dependent on experience, client happy to consider £30,000+)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting for a forward‑thinking organisation seeking a confident and motivated Membership Growth & Digital Engagement Manager. This is an excellent temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone with strong sales ability, a passion for relationship building, and an interest in digital marketing and website development.

You will play a key role in promoting membership services, supporting clients at both corporate and non‑corporate levels, and helping to enhance the organisation's digital presence.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, developing client relationships, and contributing to marketing and website projects. This role is fully office‑based and offers fantastic long‑term potential for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively promote and sell membership packages across multiple membership tiers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing enquiries and renewals
  • Conduct outbound sales activity and follow‑ups with potential members
  • Communicate professionally with business owners, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Support marketing activity including website content updates and digital campaigns
  • Assist with IT‑related tasks and contribute to website development improvements
  • Produce engaging digital content for member communication
  • Support event planning and promotional activities
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service and manage membership onboarding

About You

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • IT, marketing, or digital experience (website development knowledge is essential)
  • Confidence speaking with clients at all business levels
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively and manage their own workload
  • A creative approach to engagement and problem‑solving
