Our client is looking for an experienced office administrator who will be working within the catering office team who has experience ensuring smooth daily operations by managing clerical, logistical, and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence (emails/phone), managing office invoicing, scheduling meetings booking staffing requirements and ordering food supplies.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8pm - 3pm
Hourly rate £13.30 - 35 hours per week
Salary 26k
4 -6 month ongoing role could extend
Daily tasks
Provide administrative support across the Department. Maintain systems and complete all necessary administrative tasks.
Provide administrative support to managers within the Catering Team.
Provide administrative support to the Head of Catering in the administration of the Hospitality bookings, receiving orders and processing and liaising with customers
Provide IT related support producing documents, spreadsheets and plans utilising Microsoft Office software
Forward-plan meetings including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, ordering hospitality, preparing & copying documentation and making arrangements to ensure accessibility as and when required.
Work collaboratively alongside all staff to ensure engagement with cross-functional teams, in order to maximise efficiency and customer service.
