Make a Difference as a Chef

Having fun is hungry work! Our catering team is proud to serve tasty and nutritious meals, offering a mix of comforting classics and exciting new dishes to keep the adventure going.

As a Chef, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive catering team, reporting to the Head Chef. You'll provide first‑class meals for our many hungry guests without the pressure of creating menus or sourcing ingredients from scratch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Food preparation and cooking
• Stock ordering and organisation
• Cost control
• Coaching junior team members

You'll work a minimum number of late nights, with a Friday or Saturday evening off most weeks (especially outside peak season), plus limited working over Christmas - the perfect opportunity to develop your catering career without sacrificing your social life or family time.

What We're Looking For

• Loves the buzz of a busy kitchen and being part of a fun, friendly team
• Experienced caterer, ideally in a high‑volume environment
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen/dietary requirements
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Ideally holds a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
