Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced and confident barista to support our clients across Milton Keynes during busy periods, events, and holiday cover. If you love great coffee and thrive in fast‑paced environments, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing
- Crafting high‑quality coffees and hot drinks to brand standards
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well‑organised workspace
- Supporting café teams during peak times
- Managing till transactions with accuracy
What we're looking for
- Proven barista experience (ideally 2+ year)
- Confident using espresso machines & latte art basics
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to pick up shifts at short notice
- Team‑focused with great communication skills
