Data Entry Operator

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a pat time Data Entry Operator to join a well-established food production company. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining accurate production, quality, and inventory records to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Location - Bellshill

Shifts - Monday - Friday

Times - 1pm -5pm

Pay - £12.21

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input production data, batch numbers, and quality control information into company systems
• Maintain up-to-date digital and paper records for compliance and traceability
• Assist with generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Work closely with production supervisors and quality teams to ensure data accuracy
• Identify and report discrepancies or data issues
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data
• Support administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred (food manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
