Blue Arrow is recruiting professional and customer‑focused Hospitality Staff to support a high‑end Retirement Village in Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a refined, welcoming environment where exceptional service standards are at the heart of the community.

Role Overview

You will be part of a dedicated hospitality team delivering an outstanding dining experience to residents and guests. The role includes till operation, table service, and general front‑of‑house support within a beautifully presented, premium setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous table waiting service to residents and their guests.
• Operate a till system accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver professional, warm, and personalised customer service at all times.
• Support the smooth running of the dining room, including clearing tables and resetting areas.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards in line with site expectations.
• Work as part of a friendly and collaborative hospitality team.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can represent both Blue Arrow and the Retirement Village with professionalism and confidence.

Essential qualities:

• Well‑spoken, polite, and well‑presented.
• Previous hospitality, waiting, or customer‑service experience.
• Able to operate a till confidently (training can be provided if required).
• Reliable, calm, and comfortable engaging with residents in a respectful manner.
• Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.

Desirable:

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, luxury dining, or care‑based hospitality.
