We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dedicated catering team at a well‑established school in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is passionate about producing fresh, nutritious meals for children and staff in a warm and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Chef de Partie, you will:

• Support the Head Chef with preparing high‑quality meals for pupils and staff
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Assist with menu preparation, food production, and service
• Help manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
• Keep the kitchen clean, compliant, and running smoothly
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and friendly team culture

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong background in catering
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering great food
