We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dedicated catering team at a well‑established school in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about producing fresh, nutritious meals for children and staff in a supportive and positive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Chef de Partie, you will:

• Support the Head Chef in preparing high‑quality, nutritious meals for pupils and staff
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and service
• Help manage stock, deliveries, and food rotation
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant with regulations
• Contribute to a friendly, welcoming, and professional kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong background in a catering role
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and passion for providing great food
