The Role

As a School Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing kitchen operations during service
  • Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen

This role suits chefs who take pride in delivering high-quality food while working within a consistent routine.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • Experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
  • A Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • Enhanced Child DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • A reliable, calm, and professional approach to work
  • The right to work in the UK

An Enhanced Child DBS certificate is desirable but not essential, as Blue Arrow can support eligible candidates with the application process.
