Full-Time | Ongoing Temporary Contract

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Cheshunt (EN8) area. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, organised warehouse environment.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday - Full-time hours

8:30am - 5:00pm

Weekend work may be required on occasion.

Pay Rate

Standard Rate: £14.10 per hour

Overtime Rate: £18.50 per hour

Contract Type

Temporary - Ongoing (Full-time hours)

A Basic DBS check is required before starting.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and enforce daily safety and security procedures.
• Manage forward and reverse logistics, including receiving and shipping of goods.
• Perform routine cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Execute stock re-balancing and maintain fulfilment performance.
• Process RMAs and carry out inventory sweeps.
• Support server rack deployment by receiving and installing pre-fabricated components.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients.
• Work to established KPIs, SLAs, and follow all work instructions.
• Provide ad-hoc support to clients as required.
• Travel to additional sites when necessary.

• Confident working independently when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong IT literacy and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and follow standard work instructions.

Experience Needed

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in stock receiving.
• Skilled in stock picking, packing, and shipping.
• Background in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Preferably experienced with WMS systems such as SAP or JDA.
• Experience managing client relationships.
