Powder Filling & Labelling Operative

Location: Monmouth area

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Induction: 30‑minute Health & Safety induction on the first day

Overview

This role is primarily based within the Labelling Department, where you will be responsible for applying labels accurately and consistently to finished products. The work requires excellent dexterity and attention to detail. You will also support the Powder Filling team when required.

Main Duties (Labelling-Focused)

Labelling - Main Responsibility

• Applying labels accurately and neatly to a variety of products.
• Ensuring label information matches product details (batch numbers, product codes, dates, etc.).
• Maintaining consistency in label placement and quality.
• Checking for and reporting any mislabelled or incorrect product.
• Working at a steady pace while keeping accuracy high.

Additional Responsibilities

• Supporting the Powder Filling Department during busier periods.
• Picking, packing, and general warehouse duties.
• Processing orders safely and efficiently.
• Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

• Ability to follow health & safety and hygiene rules.
• Comfortable in a production or warehouse setting.
