Production Operative

Location: Perth

Pay Rate: £12.37 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Are you reliable, hands‑on, and ready to join a fast‑paced production environment? Blue Arrow are recruiting for a motivated Production Operator to start immediately on a dayshift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term, stable work with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Support with the preparation and handling of parts
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when required
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
• Accurately record production data and follow work instructions
• Report any faults or issues promptly to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting
• Flexible approach to shift patterns (dayshift role)
